The FIVE brand started operations in 2017 with its party-meets-luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah. At the moment the AUHA Island project is under construction and has an anticipated date of completion set to be 30 June 2025
ZUHA Island offers all necessary conditions for a comfortable living. For example, the island will generate its own electricity power through a mix of generators and solar panels which has been previously done on Nurai Island. Water on the island will be purified and recycled on site via a reverse osmosis desalination device for drinking water, while the sewage system is all recycled into irrigation water. The exclusive destination not only sustains itself with minimal footprint, but it also regenerates the local environment, taking part in a multitude of ocean preservation initiatives.

The new and exclusive project offers 6-bedroom villas with plot sizes ranging from 24,000 sq. ft to 41,000 sq. ft, with the built-up area of residences constituting 19,656 sq. ft. These waterside residences are set around the bejewelled sea and provide easy access to a world-renowned boutique retreat, a spa and many restaurants.
Inspired by ZUHA, all of the exclusive villas’ interiors feature state of the art furniture and neutral colour palettes with natural materials such as travertine and marble. The layout also comprises four living spaces, multiple terraces and a choice of dining spaces.
In villas, the four unique levels, centralized around a single spiral staircase, rise up from the beachfront to a vast horizon which open onto generous terraces on both the island and water.

The exclusive residences on ZUHA Island will be serviced by the FIVE Hotel, which will offer an a la carte menu of services such as housekeeping, maintenance and catering, etc. Residents of the villas will be able to enjoy world-class dining experiences by ordering dishes from four main dining establishments in the exclusive community.

ZUHA Island is set within the shimmering Arabian Gulf and the exclusive community is less than 15-minutes’ by boat from Jumeirah Beach Welcome Centre next to the Four Seasons, Dubai. Residents will be able to reach the island on their own yachts. Twelve villas will have access to a jetty, otherwise the hotel has a fleet of boats. The size of the jetty is 115 ft in length, however the development company can excavate the clients’ requirements at this stage of construction.
